On Monday we went to Service Canada to get Trevor's passport renewed. It took about 2 hours but I didn't want to drive downtown. I thought I'd save myself the xpresspost fee but it was a long time to wait. Then we went to the dentist...it was a fun filled day.
I have no idea what we did on Tuesday.
On Wednesday we to Service Ontario and stood in line to get my new picture for my health card and then we went to The Shoe Company and I bought some new shoes.
All these adventures were made possible by the makers of the Leapster! Trevor loves that thing and it really made the waits tolerable.
Somebody was too excited to sleep on Wednesday night and didn't fall asleep until 11:30 or so.
On Thursday morning, somebody rudely awakened me at 6:30 and was shouting that I had to hurry and wake up because we had to go to BakBak's house! You'd think it were Christmas morning or something! I was tired. We left around 11 and were not able to find a Service Station that was open. I have no idea why they would renovate all the Service Stations along the 401 at the exact same time. I pulled off after 3.5 hours because I saw a Harveys in Cobourg but it was very dirty. Then I felt sick but I think it was psychological. Trevor was happy to see BakBak and Grampy and did not fall asleep until after 11 again.
