NHL All Star Weekend

The second year Initiation Program kids from Nepean Minor Hockey Association got picked to escort the NHL tropies in the parade down the Rideau Canal.  Trevor's team got picked out of a hat to do the Stanley Cup!  And Gabe's named got picked out of the hat to sit with the Stanley Cup.  I think Trevor wanted to be picked for that just so he could sit and relax instead of skate.  Here are some pictures I found on Google Images.  Trevor was given the Colorado Avalanche jersey to wear (and keep).  It is maroon and teal coloured.  I wanted the Canucks but they didn't have one for our team but I am happy he didn't get stuck with the Leafs or the Bruins!
